Meet Our Team »

Aimée Meyer Kahn MD, MPH, FAAP Dr. Aimée

Early Years

Dr Aimée was born and raised in Dutchess County, NY. She attended Our Lady of Lourdes High School and was a member of the Girls Basketball team that won three State Championships. She went on to attend Catholic University of America and Salem State College where she played on the Women’s Basketball team and was awarded Rookie of the Year and the Scholar Athlete Award.

Medical Degree, Master’s Degree & Residency

Dr. Aimée earned both her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from St. George’s University, where she developed a strong interest in epidemiology and community health. She went on to complete her residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, where she was recognized with the Resident of the Year Award and the Doris Milman Award for her commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care.

In Practice

Dr. Aimée joins our team after nearly a decade of practicing outpatient pediatrics in Rockland County, where she cared for a diverse community of families. During that time, she was an active member of the Rockland Lactation Coalition and several other professional committees, and she also served as an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she enjoyed mentoring future pediatricians.

She believes that medicine is most powerful when it blends science, empathy, and community. Guided by this philosophy, Dr. Aimée is passionate about helping children and families build healthy habits that last a lifetime. She especially enjoys partnering with families to find practical, balanced approaches to preventing and treating childhood obesity—and celebrates every small step toward wellness.

At Home & In The Community

Outside the office, Dr. Aimée lives the healthy, active lifestyle she encourages in her patients. She loves playing tennis and basketball, going for runs, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, their two children, and their two dogs in Westchester County. Whether she’s on the court, out on a family hike, or enjoying movie night with friends, she finds joy in staying active and balanced—and in sharing that spirit with her family and patients.

Dr. Aimée’s dedication to child health and wellness extends beyond her practice. She has been featured in USA Today and NY Metro Parents for her expertise in pediatric wellness and family health, and has been recognized as a Top Doctor in the Hudson Valley for the past three years.

Dr. Aimée is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics.
