Travel Guidelines
COVID19: Guidance for COVID+ Patients
- We recognize that a +COVID19 test in your child or family can be challenging and stressful. Below we provide key documents to ensure proper monitoring of your child's symptoms and requirements for return to play/PE/sports. All children will need formal follow up with our office after COVID19 infection. Please call our office for a telemedicine visit with one of our physicians 7 days after your child has tested positive. Our physicians will give you guidance on any next steps, which may include an in office visit if needed (or requested). We will also provide any formal letters of clearance for your child for school or daycare after your visit.
